Ideal for carrying either hydration or energy gels, our patent pending design enables you to wear it on your person or attached to a bike frame, ruck sack, or anything else suitable. Compliments a hydration vest for ultra workouts or as a standalone convenient hands free fuelling for shorter workouts.

The flask holds just the right amount of hydration or energy gel for endurance efforts (100 grams + of carbohydrates for the 150ml size and 150 grams + of carbohydrates for the 220ml). The flask can easily be removed and replaced with a fresh flask if you are competing or just need the extra convenience.
